This Village View Gallery website was created as an online gallery to showcase the artistic capabilities of our exhibiting artists for prospective clients. Our website provides information about our products and services.
Unless you make a purchase or fill out one of our online forms, we have no idea who you are and don't intend to find out. So peruse at will...nobody is taking any private information.
From Village View Gallery Website, Customers and prospective artists, we gather information sufficient to include you in our mailing list (name, address, email address, and credit card information if you buy by fax or phone). Except for releasing credit card info to our bank so we can collect your payment, we never release any of this information to anyone, for any reason. And we never mail anything to your street address unless you ask us to by ordering -related merchandise or art pieces from us. We do obtain your street address for verification / identification purposes when you ask us for something or when you want us to change your email address.
When you use this website our Internet Service Provider (ISP) may make a record of your visit and log your server address, your domain name, the date, time and duration of your visit, the pages and documents you accessed, the previous site you had accessed (ie the referring url) and the type of browser you are using. This information is collected for statistical purposes only, and Village View Gallery will not make any attempt to identify users according to their browsing activity.
In the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our ISP's logs.
It is also possible that your ISP is logging your activity while you visit our site. This is obviously beyond the control of Village View Gallery.
While you are visiting our site we may use cookies to facilitate a more personalised web browsing experience. Except where you volunteer personal or business information we will not procure information about you via any alternative means while you visit our site.
NOTE: Some of our pages (our home page, and our contacts page) gather information about search engines people use to find us and keywords they use. Village View Gallery does NOT gather any personal information about who is doing the searching, and has no intention of doing so.

Credit Card Return Policy
Artists Web Pages: Village View Gallery normally provides a first draft of all projects, and two full rounds of edits -- although the second round of edits is rarely needed. Additional rounds of edits are charged at nominal rates. Payment for all Artists Web Pages is due upon presentation of the first draft or as otherwise agreed in advance. Payments by credit card are not subject to refund due to the advantages of immediate publishing and exposure for the artist’s work.
Village View Gallery Artworks & Merchandise: Village View Gallery accepts credit card payments by phone, fax, and through Internet Payment Gateway for artworks advertised on the site and for Village View Gallery merchandise. Requests for refunds are reviewed individually. If refunds are issued, they are subject to an administrative fee.
Defective merchandise. If ordered Village View Gallery artworks or merchandise fails to arrive within six weeks of being ordered or becomes unavailable or damaged due to the fault of the Gallery it will be replaced by an item of the same value or refunded at Village View Gallery’s option when returned to us (if applicable); advance authorization is required for all returns. Phone 0409587237 daytimes 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST for authorization. All claims for merchandise returns must be made within 45 days after the date of the original order. Clothing orders are filled for size only, not for colour, since the availability of specific colours varies daily.
Delivery Policy
Artworks and Merchandise: The purchaser shall arrange the collection of Village View Gallery artworks or merchandise provided that Village View Gallery may if requested by the purchaser on behalf of and as agent for the purchaser arrange for the goods to be freighted by an approved courier for delivery and payment by Cash on Delivery to the destination specified by the purchaser at the purchaser's cost and expense.
The delivery times made known to the purchaser are estimates only and Village View Gallery shall not be liable for the late delivery or non delivery of artworks and merchandise and under no circumstances shall Village View Gallery be liable for any loss damage or delay caused to the purchaser arising from late or non delivery of the artworks and merchandise.
Village View Gallery shall not be liable for any loss or damage to artworks or merchandise or by them while in transit. Upon payment by the purchaser, all artworks and merchandise, notwithstanding they remain in the custody and control of Village View Gallery, shall be at the risk of the purchaser as regards loss or damage caused to the artworks or merchandise or by them.
